If you create an internal environment that is nutrient dense for you, especially with the alkaline minerals, parasites, yeasts, viruses etc. Will find it uncongenial, and your own immune system will be enhanced.

Result: problem gone without using harsh prescription meds or herbs, without difficult and often just plain gross "cleanses" and "detox".
