Fall cleaning, colon style....Update
Val,
The
colonic WAS a closed system. The therapist, for legal reasons, prefers NOT to add anything to the colonic. The session went VERY well--guess what, clear water and then .....GALLSTONES> I was chatting away with her, and then she said, "You might want to notice these" and said they were gallstones. They were bigger than I'd ever seen so far...not just little peas....I was concerned that I had flushed the preceding Thursday, so there would be no stones.....so I ate avacados for breakfast and applejuice, and a large gulp of oil.....whatever....
I PASSED STONES....so pleased....
The
colonic therapist is a reflexolgy person as well, and we discussed where in my foot and colon were crunchies....and she hit certain places....I could feel my shoulder relaxing (right, but not left) and she worked the spot that related to my medula obligato....we hit a pocket of 'crap' there....the water turned muddy, and that was great...
The only downside....the hour was up, and I finished 'releasing' on the toilet, and then I guess I felt I couldn't stay longer.....so I cleaned up and left. Almost immediately I started feeling a slight pain up my left forearm, moving into my shoulder, etc. I still had more to release...but got busy...
So at 3 am I was up doing a coffee enema. I had eaten lightly after the flush....blended soups of vegtables and broth....and more than that came out.
Now, this morning.....this is probably to be expected, but not a good thing.....my kidneys hurt. I'm going to make up a batch of kidney tea,,,,I'm sure I'll feel better after I get moving...
later,
