In the early days of flushing I occasionally would do a coffee enema right before a flush. However, I have since stopped doing them with the flush. When you do the CE, wait about four days or even a week before flushing. So often we are in a rush to get well and do too much at once. This can put stress on the body that is counterproductive. Give your body a break for a few weeks. Make sure you are well hydrated, but don't just chug a lot of water, sip it slowly throughout the day. Stop doing the enemas for a while too. Although enemas are a great tool, too many will slow down peristalsis and wash out essential intestinal flora. Here is what I would recommend for at least two weeks:
get and stay hydrated
no enemas or laxatives
get some probiotics or eat live culture yogurt
eat plenty of high fiber and high pectin fruit
eat dark leafy greens with a splash of olive oil
do daily deep breathing exercises and abdominal contractions to stimulate colon naturally
Most of us get a dud" flush once in a while, but I really think you need to give your body a break and try to let it rest and rebuild for a little while before flushing your colon and liver again.
