Re: curious....
Glad you are feeling better. It's hard to remember at the time of the pain that "this too shall pass" ;-). And if we don't change enough, pain comes again. I try to look upon pain as a 'teacher', but I sure don't like the lessons!
I've still got a pain in my colon; i'm deciding right now what kind of enema to do. I have ruled out coffee, was going to try chicory (another no) and now am just a bit stuck (mentally, physically, and you can't 'test' if you don't have a clue.)
I hope to get one soon. A clue, that is!
What are the benefits of a urine enema? Forgive me, but it sounds gross to me. But hey, so does having someone cut open your belly, lay your intestines all over the place, take out a piece of colon, or a gallbladder, or an appendix, and then stick everything back inside. Gross is all a matter of perspective ;-) (I'm not sure which operation they pull stuff out, but I've heard one of them they do. That sounds REALLY GROSS. I can do a lot before I get to that point, eh)
later,
pj
I got a "clue". Tested--epson salts in the enema. Thank you, Charly. I hadn't thought of that one. here goes!
