What is a urine enema? What is a 'strong dose of probiotics' as opposed to a normal or 'weak' dose?

except--I've been keeping my hot water bottle on my tummy, and using caster oil pack as well. Right now I'm going to go soak in a hot tub, and "talk" to my colon;-)
reassure it(and myself) that everything will "work out for the best" pun intented.
