distress! Liver flush and colonic didn't go well...

(same post as in liver flush--wanted to make sure Valerie and ProPaul saw it)

Tried the magnesium citrate instead of Epsom Salts , felt the gurgle with the OO (Olive-Oil) and grapefruit juice......SWF the next morning and then went for professional Colonic....'seeds' 'chalky stuff' 'gas' 'maybe a couple stones' and PAIN!!!!

Crap, if it had been my first colonic, I would have never ever gone back. I cramped up like crazy, the therapist would help relax it, and then a bit later, another cramp. It hurt enough to start to 'breathing'.

Don't know what I did 'wrong'. The therapist suggested "nothing. Each time is different". Probably.

The first one was 'wonderful'. This one was......I don't like pain. The only things I did different were: SWF, ate an apple before, didn't use lavendar, and other relaxing things before, and had an overemotional time on curezone during the night after I'd slept for 4 hours (that's a GOOD sleep for ME at this point in my insomnia) (I just can't seem to NOT take things personally--I wrote a scathing reply to someone, and then it didn't send. I'm still smarting....)

I did a castor oil pack, I did "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" script for Gallstones and liver problems....

and yet, not seeing Gallstones was downright....GALLING.

(On a side note: I took my sister for her first colonic, and she had a WONDERFUL experience. Feel lighter, cleaner, all the things I'd felt the first time. Even better, she said the pain in her knee eased up, etc. etc. She let go of lots of CRAP. I was fairly "clean", some brown releases, what I mentioned above, but not much.....and the CRAMPING! The Chills! The agony!

Hmmm....wonder what NEXT Liver Flush will be like? I'm NOT doing the colonic.(for financial reasons, not to mention THE PAIN)

Colemics--next subject of my education? I'm just not good at red hot water bottle enemas!

(Oh, I did have one thought, which I tried to let pass.....what if .....I have/had a stuck stone? My colon is tender and distended as we speak...but I did have chick pea and cilantro soup (blended) for dinner. Any thoughts?)

pj, angel in distress
