Excellent article, thanks for posting. I have long known that the pathogens are gut-related (nausea, right upper quadrant pain, IBS etc) and suspect either protozoa or bacterial infections. Testing is the big big problem, like I have done multiple stool samples. Currently in testing from Metametrix which using a PCR based - which is much more accurate than traditional means. I will post results.
