Re: and I'll work it, 'cause I'm worth it! ;-)
Valerie,
The two tsp. of celtic salt in 4 cups warmish water--you should try a sip. Actually, it tastes good to me. Scarey, huh? It figure I'm small, so I only drink 3 cups of it, and if I'm hydrated, I'll flush. Sometimes I can get it all down. I'm curious, everyday for a long time, sounds like it might get addictive?
I won't be doing too many colonics, but the first time they said they suggested two back to back, and I've heard others say three in succession. I'm hoping that when I get my second, that I will learn. I met the therapist 9 years ago at a meditation retreat, and she told me about the path she was being called to. She's been doing it for 7 or 8 years, and I've always known, but never gone to her. I think I'll learn from the experience. I don't think I'll do them on a regular basis.
Thanks for all you support and concern. In my chi gong class the teacher taught us some 'body thumping', and I must have released a lot of toxins, my body was going nuts, and though an enema is still a big production for me (takes it for ever) I felt a lot of relief in my colon AFTER I did it.
later,
PJ
