Somer, thank you ;-)

I have to decide this morning if I'm doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or enema, or both. But my 'gut' has been protesting food, so I may as well give in and do what I call "vitamixing" everything, otherwise known as 'fasting' (I didn't know) and give it a rest. You gave me just a nudge in the direction I was headed--THANK YOU. I haven't spent time in those forums yet.

I'm scheduled for a liverflush NEXt Thursday. I'm having so many 'body pains' from not sleeping, I presume, that I have to flush, do enema, or both today. But I had a great doctor's apt. Tuesday--I love my doctor. He is so laid back. He laughed when he offered something called Lunestra and I blurted "no drugs".(he has tons of alternative herbs, etc, it could have been one of them. I didn't ask) He isn't real big on the cleansing stuff, but knew the colonics lady by first name, and supports me in that way. He is open and curious. He also told me what I was doing was working (muscle testing) did some stuff to ease the physical pain, and wrote N/C on my bill(insurance/money problems! What more could you ask? I about bounced down the hall, to the acupuncturist. (I can't afford the gas, so everything is on the same day) She must have poked some THING, cause after she left the room, I sobbed for ten minutes (quietly of course).

Isn't it GREAT to FEEL? Then, today, thursday, daughter called, her boyfriend's mom took a turn for the worse and is expected to die within 24 hours. Gallbladder Cancer . Nine kids flying in, driving home, to say goodbye. I've never met her. hmmmmm Last Thursday I watched/helped a baby transition into the world. Today I pray for someone transitioning out--and try not to judge. And next Thursday, I flush my gallbladder/liver, and try to accept that God is in control, but boy, do I have choices! And I'm trying to make the right ones. May we all be blessed on our journey!

finding the joy, still looking for the peace....
pj (eventually I'll sign it, peace and joy, pj, not quite there yet)
