I didn't hear anything from Dr. Sutter about recommending the hot/cold showers, but Dr. Richard Schulze is a great one for this. It really gets the circulation going. Speeds the healing and getting rid of the toxins. I tried them once. They sure do wake you up! The cold at the end is great for relaxing a person. I never really got to the point where I got to switching the water onto the real cold, but that's the idea--get the water hot, then switch to the cold. It's a test in bravery, IMO. lol!
