Don't worry, I know what you mean. My picture was just for fun. It's been around 3 years now since the last time I ate regular-bromide-processed bread. I only eat organic foods now and occasionally one piece or 2 of whole wheat bread since my gluten test came negative.
Actually, if you read my posts from last year, Iodine has been the only thing that helped me control my IBS, which in the end lead me to the heavy metal test and, here I am now. I know my IBS is linked to yeast overgrowth and perhaps heavy metal poisoning in my autonomic nervous system (brain-gut).
