Re: Jittery-ness?

Hello Mikka,

"Jitteryness" on a fast is usually caused by the withdrawal from stimulants such as coffee and tea which contain caffeine.
This can also occur with alcohol withdrawal on a fast.

Jitteryness or nervousness or visible tremors, are attributed to the above and the elimination of other toxins within the body and especially so within the first 3 to 5 days.

After this period the symptoms will usually subside as toxemia levels are lowered.

Regards

Chrisb1.
