Re:Midge, wondering...

...is this a Friday/Sat liverflush, or a Thursday/Friday? (My name could be misery, cause I love company!;-)) If I do my second one, it will be Thurs night/Friday,,,,I just haven't quite committed myself to it. My back has been a little achey, and I'm wondering if I overtaxed my kidneys (haven't done a kidney cleanse yet). But I went out this morning, a picked a bunch of dandelion leaves, juiced them, drank it (so pleasant, but nothing compared to epson salts, delightful compared to that) and a couple hours and a little nap later, my back felt better. So, I'm leaning towards the flush. I hope to make an intelligent decision, and with all the help here, I'm sure I'll come to the right decision.

Good luck with your enema. I'm still working towards proficiency in that department. I'm even thinking of saving up for a colonic.....but it's over an hour away, and I wonder if you 'recover' before you leave.....that could be awkward....I'm just considering it if I don't get this enema thing down better....
