To flush or not to flush, is that the question? Enemas, backaches, and ...
So, IF I'm going to do a liverflush again on Thurs/Fri (it will have been two weeks) I have some questions.
Are doing enemas before the flush(like Monday(today), or Tuesday) a good or bad idea? (If I'm going to follow it with an enema, then I'd like to have done a successful one before then, and so far, I've always had a few problems)
If I eat only blended foods (soups, fruit blends, etc) would that be a good idea, or of no consequence. I was doing that before the last one. Don't know if it helped.(planning on doing Clark's, but not positive)
After my liverflush, I had backache. I assume it was from all the toxins I'd stirred up with everything I've been doing. How can I support my kidneys (I do have some chi gong exercises I can do) to prepare them for the liver flush? I do not have the herbs yet to do a kidney cleanse.
What enema would you reccommend after the liver flush? Propaul mentions a soapsuds enema, but maybe not after the flush. I never had a cup of coffee, and with my sleeping difficulties, I wonder if my body would have a fit? And I also know (gut feeling hahahah) that my flora are pretty weak in my colon, so how does that affect things.
So many questions! But boy, does it feel good to have a desire to ask! The "walking dead' me is gone, may she never return!
peace and joy are coming.....
