I'm impressed! I've never done the colonics, and I still struggle with the enemas. We did the Liver Flush at the same time--it's seems a world/lifetime away. I'm contemplating if I can do it again Thurs/Friday. I'm going to get some input from my "friends' at curezone. I don't know how I got here, or found this website, but, boy, am I glad I did.

Question: did you get the red hot water bottle enema supply, or something else? I've just used the cheap walmart one, and wondered if maybe that has anything to do with why I have such a hard time. Isn't it great there are people here who can 'talk you through it"? One of the things I just learned I've always done wrong was to have the water room temperature--it needs to be warmer than that--right propaul and Invincible?
