As I said, everyone is different, maybe you had the dead skin on but didnt have a way to control the buildup like I do through the stress relief that I am doing.
In any case, I cant keep answering questions here, I will post the testimonial though about everything. For me the buildup began on the second day and peeled on the third day, so on the second day I would perform extremely stressful workout routines using weights that would focus on breathing heavily and alleviating the stress through the breathing, hence the lips were involved, for example, I would end up using a heavy weight for a bench press, but instead of contracting the muscles like you should I would focus on the lips, breath out deeply, as if I was pushing with my lips.
Sounds crazy but it eventually worked. You cant just live life thinking it will magically go away.
