Nice to read that someone else is doing what I've been doing for a few months. Since the beginning of March I've done some 24 hour water fasts, about twice a month.
I am quite pleased with the results. Since then I've lost about 4 kg (about 10 lbs I think). I could've probably lost more, but it's hard to do so, especially when you have a social life and quite a few birthday parties.
Last Saturday we celebrated my daughter 7th birthday as well, so this morning I decided to do another 24 hour water fast. After doing so I feel much lighter and this helps me not to put weight back on even if I over eat some weekends.
I always start with a breakfast early in the morning and then I carry on until the next day. I find it much easier than waking up without breakfast.
