I tried peppermint tea cooled and it was very soothing. I guess the menthol is incredible stuff. Then I tried swishing with raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar which stung for awhile but made it feel much better. Yes, we do have a health food store and I will check out what you recommended. I've heard about TEA from researching this site. Again, thank you!
