Thank you both Trap and Snake for the responses. I won't go into detail, because I could be here all day, but my liver was very dysfunctional then (and I bet still is today to a lesser extent), and I was seeing a second kinesiologist at the time who was seeing the same thing - all his tests showed liver dysfunction - althought this second guy is very general. He can't test out individual pathways like my main guy can. If this theory is correct, and I now do believe it is - my liver was barely limping along at the time of the fast. Tests before showed my glutathione was very bad, among other things. When I water fasted, I deprived my liver/body of nutrients that it needed to just keep a bare bone level of existence, and production of such things as anti-oxidants. When the bare bone level collapsed to nothing, other organ systems were brought in. It makes sense. The thing is, I had just dealt with a major endocrine problem at the time. My pituitary had been functioning on 'very low' since birth, and we had just turned it back on. All the blood work confirmed it. So I was thinking that the water fast problems were due to the endocrine system. But the more I think about it, and my specific history/problems/test results, this makes sense. Thanks.
