Is undigested food normal?

Ummm...

I hate to be graphic, but I'm getting bits of undigested food out after my lemon water enemas. At first it looked like small chunks of chicken, then moved to green beans and spices.
I'm so sorry to be gross, but I'm wondering if this is normal for the large intestine to have this.
I'm trying to get my colon clean because my system is extremely slow.
I have yet to see "clear", but i'm working on it.
