hmm... in taste? only carrot (with or without beet, celery, lettuce, parsley) and maybe tomato taste particularly delicious to me... though i am ok with a lot of the other ones too including spinach, lettuce, asparagas, broccoli (and even kale, but i may be unusual in that way). But carrot juice is probably sweeter than what you are looking for too?
You have to avoid sweet juices for a specific reason?
