Re: Trout and red meat

Lake trout is meant to be high in both kinds of omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Not sure about river trout...........is there a distinction?

Or is a trout just a trout?

Best to ask the trout................as they could very well be related genetically or even chromosomally!!!

PS. Sorry. Funny mood tonight.
