Chrisb1 Question: Coffee and Exercise in a WF
The headline is intentionally misleading because i am feeling mischievous :p. 2 questions here.
Coffee Enemas: I have seen a recent post Chris where you advocated or somewhat advocated these (though not full-colon water enemas). In a
Water Fast how many of these would you recommend per day (or might it be even less than one per day)? I ask because i read somewhere that specifically in a
Water Fast one needs to practice care with this protocol. Is there anything i should be particularly aware of? Is there a point in the fast (after a certain number of days) at which they should stop?
Exercise: You have mentioned that exercise in a fast can slow the pace of the cleanse. I am hoping if possible you can provide a lot more detail on this... ie: if the exercise feels good and the faster is not worn out by it (as with the 2 hours / day of brisk walking for me), does it still slow the cleanse merely by virtue of the heart working harder, or would the cleanse be inhibited only if a person "over did it", perhaps engaging in higher intensity activity or perhaps even in a walk that caused them to feel wiped out?
If normal walking for 2 hours per day (that feels good) does slow the pace of the cleanse, do you have an idea of approximately by how much (ie: in %). If i would reach a return of genuine hunger in 25 days with complete rest, how many approximate days might you speculate that genuine hunger would return if instead i walked briskly 2 hours per day and was in no way wiped out by it?
As always, thank you for your thoughtful help.
