I also greatly respect Dr. Fuhrman but I've read somewhere, can't remember where but grass fed beef has higher levels of DHA than does commercial lot fed beef. If I'm remembering correctly its a lot more percentage than the lot fed which is saying its much better for you on a limited basis.
I don't like any kind of fish except for shrimp but they've got to be battered and deep fried and dipped in ketchup so I defeat the purpose by eating them that way so I don't eat them.
I have learned after the way I felt Sat. night that a very small portion is the best way to go, like I said the first few bites were heaven. So I've learned my lesson, moderation is key.
