First enema for me today.

This will be my first enema, and im about to do a water one. Im thinking of putting some Himalayan crystal salt in it, so that i wont reduce my electrolytes too much. I hope everything goes well.. Does anyone have any suggestipons, or recipes to clean my blocked colon..Thanks! To tell the truth, im not really sure of what im doing. Ive only read a little about it...
