Re: New to this forum

A few suggestions to try to locate someone who offers professional colonics:

-Check the Yellow pages for Naturopathy or naturopathic physicians.

-Also try Holistic chiropractors - call them and ask if they refer their clients to anyone for colonics.

-Visit health food and vitamin stores in your area and ask if they know anyone locally.

-Check with massage therapists. One of them may have also been trained in colon therapy.

If you locate someone nearby, please get back to us for tips on questions to ask and what to look for before scheduling an appointment.

In the meantime, if you don't already have an enema bag, I suggest that you purchase one and get started with that. Properly administered cleansing enemas can provide a satisfactory alternative to professional colon hydrotherapy.
