Re: Colonic & IBS -- help!
In my personal opinion it is irresponsible for a colon therapist to allow a client be be alone during a
colonic session. Also, I'm not a big fan of the open gravity flow systems such as Libbe.
During the 20 years since your earlier
colonics have you been using enemas for cleansing? I like the idea of the reflexology therapist with the closed
colonic system. His vigorous abdominal massage may have really stirred up waste and toxins that you have been carrying around for a good portion of those 20 years, and your spasms may be a result of releasing those long accumulated wastes.
I regret not having seen this before your Tuesday appointment with the "2nd" guy, but if I had, I would have suggested that you keep that appointment. Is that what you did?
In the meantime, whatever you chose, I think it would be a good idea to take gentle cleansing enemas every day at home for the next week or two just to keep the waste and toxins moving out of your system. Use 3-4 pints of warm (103F at preparation) filtered or bottled spring water, either plain or with a teaspoon per pint of
table salt dissolved in it.
Best wishes, Valerie
