I hit them hard for quite a few months with the Barefoot dewormer and never let up taking it every day. With me it seemed to take more dewormer because I was heavily infested. I am still on the dewormer @ 2 TBSP/day. I found out this was a selfish program that took a lot of focusing on the problem at hand until I got it all under control. It took priority even if I did have other committments. I couldn't pay much attention to the things that I thought I had to do until I started getting some better. Hope it doesn't come down to that with you. Gotta stay on the dewormer and flush when you have to. It is going to take a vigilence for the rest of my life now that I am aware of what is causing diseases. I'm staying away from the solvents. Using rubber or vinyl gloves. I can see that you are wise about the isopropyl alcohol being a solvent. Good luck as it sometimes takes a while to get rid of the parasites. The colon has to be sucessfully cleaned out in order to rid the body of the colon wall junk where the bugs hide their eggs. Total commitment to this preogram pays off. I think you can live your life around it and still be aware of what needs to be done.
Hope this is a little help. I've been at this for almost 20 months and the dedication and work has been worth it.
