Just tried to make the "inbetween herb" capsules

A lot of work! But I had to try it. Yep, it took me about 15 minutes to make a days worth, and I couldnt' even sqeeze them into 2 double 0 capsules! I had to use an extra. that was a lot of work, and yes, I did pack it down with a kitchen utensil, but it was still hard to fit all into the capsules!! took a long time, I don't mind doing it, but I think I'll just have to order.
Question about ingredients, there are cloves in there, and that is one of the key ingredients in the humaworm formula. I thought taking this in the inbetween days would cause resistance. Tweet
