My list for Breast Health

I have Breast Cancer in my close family, and have suffered with FBD for more or less 15 years. I know I was in the danger zone for developing Breast Cancer as I had one abortion when young (and stupid) + other negative factors as lack of iodine.

A couple of year back I decided to do something about my breast health; and luckily I was led to Iodine after a long search. I am now 90% better from my FBD symptoms. Other things may be important too, but this is my top five;

1. Iodine,iodine and more Iodine + selenium which is an anti cancer mineral.
1b. Avoid fluoride, so your thyroid can work properly; it is THE anti cancer gland of the body.

2. Keep your vitamin D levels high; I dont use sunscreen anymore (but I dont burn myself)coconut oil + Iodine is one good substitute.

3. Dont use regular antiperspirants / deodorants
(ingredients from these are found in Breast Cancer tissue.)
Dont put anything ON your skin that you wouldnt put in your mouth. As aluminum chloride or parabens or liquid paraffin (so called "mineral oil" in body lotions)

4. Dont wear BRA all the time; give them some time off. There is much less BC in countries where women dont wear bras. Bras block the lymph from removing toxins from the breasts: especially the under wired type.

5. Dry brush your skin; Daily dry brushing helps the lymph flow; the lymphatic system is placed right under your skin. It feels great too; plus make your skin smoother. quick strokes towards your heart with a natural bristle brush; if not every day; do it as often as you can.

After I introduced these five into my life I feel confident that BC is not part of my future; and in general I feel better than when in my twenties or thirties.
