Terminology: What's a "high colonic" vs. an enema, vs. a colonic irrigation?


I recently heard the term "High colonic" used. I've always been curious to know just what this terms is referring to. Would it be the same as an "enema", or would it be the equivalent in meaning to "colonic irrigation"?
