Re: help,please!!
My daughter has gluten-sensitivity...and definitely has dealt with dh.
She did break out a bit more
in the beginning of taking iodine...but this is the BEST part of the year (well, it depends where you're located) as warm weather and sweating will help with detox BIGTIME.
Personally, I believe the dh has a lot to do with detox, as the body fights in every way it can to get RID of toxins! (Including the stored gluten of those with celiac!)
With each new break-out on her face, applying
Iodine carefully with her fingers cleared those up quickly and quite nicely. We use
magnascent for our iodi
Ne and
SSKI for our iodi
De.
As long as my daughter refrains from gluten and takes her iodine, she has beautiful skin now.
She has been getting slack in her
Iodine again, as her face is breaking out. She's 12 now and those break-outs make a very nice guage for me, as her mother, to "gently remind her" that taking her
Iodine must be daily or the breaking out will continue.
I do try not to nag. But with her being 12 she still doesn't seem to "care" that much about breaking out. However, I know she WILL care when she becomes dating age.
You DEFINITELY need iodine! Iodine deficiency is indicated in people who do not properly digest proteins. Gluten is the protein of wheat, rye, and barley, as you well know.
Good health to you!
