i will not go to a ruth chris because of sean hannity. besides, i blacken my steaks at high heat anyway and dare anyone to top my meat! lol

my secret? cajuns choice blackened seasoning. demand it at your local supermarket.

yes, a steak once a month is a benefit of sorts. all the precautions of all food today still apply - as raw, local, organic, know your farmer, KNOW YOUR STEER!(if you can, by name if possible)
