It seems most people here eat low fat, mostly plant based foods on a daily basis. I'm wondering - why not eat more fat daily? I ask because doing it all at once via a Liver Flush is harsh.
I've been reading about people who eat only meat, the fattiest cuts they can. They claim great health, low blood pressure, and have seen a variety of health problems disappear. One man, at age 50, was told by his doctor, worried about his diet, that he needed a colonoscopy. The doctor found that his colon was similar to a man in his 20's. I doubt these few zero-carbers would ever need a liver flush.
I just wondered what your thoughts might be. Please, no offense.
