Re: what's the advantage of water over juice fasting? (thinking of fasting soon)
damn, I just lost my post...sorry, don't have time to redo it.
briefly, i was able to control myself. If plain baked potato at about day three constitutes 'control'. Nothing had any taste!--i was still detoxing, i think. I did not enjoy food for two weeks. (sorry to say: I should have used EFT on that) I had slight headaches for a few days, which was discouraging after ahving felt so clear on the fast.
*I am SURE i didn't fast long enough: to the natural True hunger returning*
One needs lots of patience, with fasting and with re-feeding. It will be different for everyone, but do take it slow. Eat the very best quality fruits and veg. you can get. Eat small amounts. Do not gorge. Maybe buy a refractometer and use it. Google that --to find out why it's so useful-- and the drink, in the Moreless forum.
There's nothing like study and personal experience!
Have "imperishable patience". (as WF forum member Michael once -and in my head always- advises)
Do lots of curezone googling of terms.
Good luck! most of all--patience. If you really want to fast until the return of "true hunger", then don't let a small thing like boredom with NOT eating throw you off-track.
