I am currently on day 20 of what I hope to be a fast to completion. I have to admit that I cheated a little on day 15, but got right back on track on day 16. I have had terrible headaches the past 3 days, I guess from my body switching back into ketosis. Other than that, I have felt great since about day 11. I even had the energy to go to the gym today and walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and am going to try to get some pilates in today.
I am worried about the overindulgence during the re-feeding process. I am planning on breaking my fast with at least a week long juice fast. I am curious about the ML drink that you mentioned, what is that? You said that it took about 2 weeks to regain your appetite, does that mean that you were able to successfully control yourself through the re-feeding process. That sure would be nice, but knowing my body, I don't think I'll have any problems regaining my appetite!
