Rating colema boards, enemas, colonics.....please

Val or ProPaul, others more knowledgable than I on this:

The pictures of the open and closed system were helpful. Now, I've never SEEN a colema board, and my little red hot water/enema bottle is okay,(nice castor oil warmer by night, helper on a stuck day...lol... except I've had some difficulties with leaking...so I keep thinking about the other option. And I was reading the directions on making a board...but I don't "get" the picture.

I think I've asked about this earlier....what do you think? If you were rating them, 1 being poor, 10 being great, where would an inexpensive red (disposable kind of) 'water bottle' fall? A colema board? If no cost were involved, where would you rate a colonic? Is there any other kinds I've missed? Inquiring minds NEED to know....and it just isn't polite conversation you can bring up at the church Christmas dinner! (although I have wondered about putting a clingy sticker on my car: ask me about colonics.....or ....something witty....can't come up with anything right now....maybe 'I could have had a colonic' or if I were brave enough, which I am not....I USED TO BE anal retentive. My doctor just explained that's what being constipated is about--I was shocked, then I laughed. I had no idea.

When I was little, my dad used to call us "cute little sh*ts". I need to "let it go" It isn't cute, and it stinks to be full of crap. So, I'm trying to let it go. It's not ALL that funny--apparently I haven't been absorbing nutrients for years--crinkled nails, no moons on fingernails, tongue slime, eyes showing congestion....so although I'm trying to keep light hearted about it, as I "lighten up".....sincere thanks for your help....RATE THOSE Helpers!
