water fasting is superior to juice fasting (feasting) as it allows the body to self-heal and cleanse itself much more expediently in a much shorter time-frame.
Nutrients are indeed supplied on a juice fast, but a
Water Fast allows the body to feed on its own food reserves and allow full ketosis as opposed to only partial ketosis.
There is also the danger of malnutrition unless the juices are extremely varied: this cannot happen on a
Water Fast unless severely prolonged...........

Tiredness and exhaustion (plus other symptoms of detox) are the result of the elimination of toxins, and where physical rest is required. Strength and energy will increase up to a point after these toxins are eliminated.
Enemas are also not to be recommended as they only further weaken the body and serve no useful purpose as the bowels will shutdown for most. If a BM is necessary then the body will expel and effluent material in this way.
Your body is your best guide.........it is just a case of listening to it.
