Re: I need a plan or a herbalist
the plan -so to speak- to me sounds like this:
First, the constipation--which is a large part of the skin issues. whatever can't get out through the usual channels has to exit the skin.
You need to get to having a BM for every meal you consume.
I am wondering why you have constipation if you are taking the Schulz formula. It sounds as though you may be confusing (and/or burdoning)your body with cleansing, in the form of the
juicing and so on--insofar as all that is *only* helpful if the bowels are moving correctly. If the waste can leave the body.
Right now, your body is overloaded.
The liver then, is a big issue, (as you know) as the anger and emotional storms attest to. You say you have Andrea's book, but you haven't done any flushes yet--it sounds like.
Another thing that might be contributing to the acidity is "low-brix" produce. This means the produce doesn't have a good balance of minerals, and doesn't alkalize as one would expect it to. (for example, carrots grated or such go brown quicly...) You can google the term on curezone to learn more about this, and about the usefulness -and fun- of a "refractometer" (a simple, fairly inexpensive tool) to help you to empower yourself by learning to discern which is the best quality produce. It isn't always what it would appear.
But first, the constipation issue has to be resolved.
The
Liver Flush will do no good, if there isn't a good chanel of elimination...I could recoomend Christopher's Lowe Bowel Balance, and various fasts and so on--or, that you ask at Barefoot's forum: and he might suggest the 21 day orange juice fast--but probably he would suggest the LBB first, to get the bowles working, and the stomach healed. Slippery elm sound like it's for "leaky gut"?
I will leave this up to others now, to suggest a plan of action...it's a pity Andreas isn't still around curzone.
best wishes,
Chiron
