Never heard of the Multibionata product. Not all probiotics are created equal. Problems can occur when probiotics hit the stomach acid, in that they are generally killed by the high acidic environment (enzymes) in the stomach. Which is a protective mechanism of the body. Safer bets would be enteric coated probiotics like Jarrow EPS or Dr. Ohirra's. This will bypass the stomach to open in the gut.
Most of the parasite information out there is lacking or wrong. I would doubt you have tapeworms, it is possible to have other parasites. However identification is paramount so that treatment can be targeted. In my experience many of the herbal dewormers are useless. However there are a couple of alternatives out there.
I think (I am guessing) that dysbiosis may be more of a factor than parasites, although parasites can created dysbiosis. Yeast/fungus could also be an issue.
Of course the only way to identify this is thru testing. Metametrix is the only lab worth looking at. Although it is pricey. They use Pcr testing which is definative rather than microscopy identification which is entirely hit or miss.
I would suggest you read some of the symptoms from reliable sources (CDC, emedicine) for GI infections (e.g. tapeworm). Again much of the information on treatment is shady. Come over to the parasite Drug forum for better answers.
