Re: Liver flush - dehydration, etc..

Greetings Insight (all) -

I'll be throwing in some thoughts/comments regarding these two past posts: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1401859  http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1400026  ...onward with inserts --

I have a few questions about liver flushing I hope to resolve.  I hope I can help you resolve them :)

I did a liver flush last night at midnight, finally fell asleep at 4 AM (due to nausea/fighting the vomiting feeling), and got up at around 6:30 AM, so I didn't get too much sleep.  Did you have plenty of ginger juice mixed in with the olive oil? And some ginger tea (or Liver Detox/Digestion tea 'at the ready' to sip on during the night?  I did a flush last night with 2/3 cup of olive oil and added 3 Tablespoons of ginger juice to that.

Nausea is MUCH less likely if you do some good "prepping" - daily coffee enemas, castor oil packs nightly, foot reflexology, Dr. Schulzes 5 day Liver cleanse (even just 5 days of the 'flush drink' is good, if you don't have the tea/tincture).

When I woke up, I felt really dehydrated - my lips were chapped, my mouth dry - and fatigued. My heart was also racing. I checked my pulse and blood pressure and both were pretty high again (113+ BPM), and my heart was beating irregularly. I suspected that electrolyte imbalance and dehydration were the culprits, so I drank several "Emergen-C" and after about an hour my pulse and blood pressure dropped down to a closer to normal level.  Are you drinking at least 1/2 gallon of pure water daily? (a gallon would be better) Cayenne tincture or powder would have knocked it out in less than a minute :)  But I'm glad you got some relief.    LIver flushing without Epsom Salts shouldn't be all that dehydrating :(  Although I know some folks do experience irregular heartbeat when flushing...I've never quite made a solid "connection" there.   I know the liver is "in charge" of making sure each organ/system has an adequate supply of oxygenated blood.  So there may be a teensy possibility that when the liver is 'busy flushing', it could affect the heart/bp...but this is not a 'typical' thing.

It has been a few hours and it has been mostly ok, feeling that "dry" sensation coming on and off. - 'glad you worked through it.

I did the "coke flush" as I've gotten decent results with it in the past. I've always been a little dehydrated afterward, but not like this. I can only imagine how much more it would have been had I done an epsom salt flush. (By the way, I know that ultra-phos is not too wonderful for your system, but I needed to flush and it's what I had at the moment).  Orthophosphoric acid is very toxic to the body - dentists use it to etch the enamel off of teeth; it's used in industry to remove rust, and it's very hard on the kidneys (and bone calcium).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phosphoric_acid  It has no effect whatsoever on the biliary ducts - it only softens stones (of course, it will dissolve an iron nail in 24 hours).   The natural/healthy malic acid in apples/juice/cider/vinegar work just as well.

I don't understand what you need by "what you had at the moment"...phosphoric acid has ZERO immediate effect on the stones - you'd have to take it a week (just like the apple juice).  I'm sorry you've been misinformed.  Now that your liver is so incredibly compromised, I wouldn't doubt a bit that this is what caused the dehydration (and possibly the heart issues).  Our bodies/liver need ample water to neutralize poisons & acids.

You do not need Epsom Salts or phosphoric acid to safely flush your liver.  Dr. Schulze flushed over 5,000 livers and never had a stone stuck.  Why? Because he prepped the liver properly AND because he did liver flushing as part of a full body program.  One cannot safely just "hook a bile hose up to a clogged liver and try to blow out the clogs" in one day, without expecting to get into some kind of trouble.  This is why I keep "preaching" (to you, and to everybody) - healing the body is not effective "one organ at a time" (and sometimes it's not safe)!  It's only allopathic doctors (and alternative medicine/NDs, based on allopathic science) that are that blind & illogical.

Anyways, are there any steps I can take in advance to avoid this from happening again?  "all of the above" - there's all kinds of posts now on the forum telling of how to prep the liver and use Dr. Schulzes 5 day cleanse AND links to his "big flush"...but do NOT try to do his big flush without proper prepping.  You need to give your liver LOADS of tender loving care right now, and it's my opinion that forcing it into a flush without a bit of prepping (and of course, using the toxic acid and Coke...(did you know, high fructose corn syrup is laden with MERCURY?! not to mention MORE phosphoric acid)...was a bit brutal :(  I'm sorry to hear it went so badly.

I bought several Emergen-Cs to have available because that "little voice inside" had me thinking about dehydration the other day, and after researching liver flushing a little more on this issue I read some posts by people who experienced it rather strongly. I realize that Emergen-C is inorganic "rock" minerals, but other than soup broth I am not aware of any other electrolyte replacement when you need something quick. Gatorade is garbage in my experience. Any suggestions?  A pinch of baking soda, a pinch of sea salt and a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses in some water or juice.  But you won't need this at all if you'll get yourself on a full program to restore your whole body.  By the way, Vitamin C/Emergen-C isn't 'rock', it's mostly synthetic garbage...
http://curezone.com/schulze/herbal_news_supplements.asp, that's basically just as bad as the gatorade, coke and acid.

Any other thoughts and opinions?  Insight, the key to health & healing is KNOWLEDGE :)  There's no need for any of us to be so "desperate" when healing that we resort to 'whatever we have handy'.  That's just like going to the hospital :(  I realize I haven't been around to 'hold hands' and walk everybody individually through every protocol, but there's LOTS of post on this forum already that are full of great healing information and testimonies.

Help is appreciated.  :)  Juice fasting (to give your body the energy it uses for digestion, to use for cleansing & healing - plus the seriously high-grade fuel from the juices on top of it); IF#1/IF#2 to cleanse the colon, ensure bowel activity, suck up toxins, and ensure your liver feels free to dump; LOTS of tender loving care and gentle prepping for your liver (coffee enemas really are a "must" for you - your liver is very compromised, you are very 'reactive' and while the coffee enema is retained, it will cleanse your blood of free radicals) AND, it's great for pain - and I know you must be having discomfort/pain in your neck.
S.A. Wilson's Enema coffee for coffee enemas (and enema bucket kits for only $6); castor oil packs nightly.  And I highly suggest you do a few activated charcoal poultices over your liver for a few nights/days.  These work as a "second liver" and draw the toxins from your blood and liver into the charcoal. http://healingtools.tripod.com/char2.html

Update: I'm now experiencing some horizontal pain in my back, at around solar plexus level, but in the back. Is this possibly my liver dealing with a lot right now? I don't have enema equipment around, but I do have some charcoal/clay powder. Would it be wise to start taking it or will it slow down the elimination of these toxins?
http://curezone.com/upload/liver_flush/telman/Pain.jpg It's common to have random 'liver aches & pains' during and after a flush.  It's the debris that's been loosened, moving around and trying to find someplace else to 'sit down'.  A coffee enema is your best relief there, but you don't have a set up.  If you want to risk the dehydration, Epsom Salts might give you some relief.  I suggest foot reflexology (work the liver point DEEP and hard on your right foot
Reflexology foot map - Dorling Kindersley (remember the feet are 'looking at you' so right is left, and vice versa)...and many times a couple of tablespoons of olive oil will do the trick.

Charcoal and clay both adsorb toxins - but toxins aren't why your liver is hurting - that's the just the debris that's been loosened and moving around.  It would be GREAT if you'd take several teaspoons of either daily, that would give your liver & kidneys some relief (kidneys are always stressed when the liver is compromised) - but charcoal/clay both can be constipating.  So if you've got 3 bms daily going on (or IF#1), you're good to go with that.

Insight, I sure hope you don't think I'm angry or irritated with you (however I am pretty mad that these simple healing truths have been denied to so many people for so long).  I just want to see you get started on a healing pathway that will end up with "healing"...and not disappointment, and more problems :(  I've watched too many people on CZ for way too long in similar situations.  The body just doesn't heal "part by part" - it heals as whole.

You said in another post - "you'd done two colon cleanses (but you don't think you're done), two liver flushes and your in your second round of Humaworm."  :::sigh::: Parasite products don't work so good if there's mucoid plaque for the critters to bury into and hide under.  And of course, you need a full series of liver flushes, with tons of TLC for your liver.  And yes (from another post), ground milk thistle seed would be fantastic for your liver.  Mix 3 Tablespoons daily in your daily Superfood drink (or get it down however you can).  It tastes pretty much like sawdust - so it mixes with juice easily.  You can get it at Mountain Rose.

'Hope this gives you some help :)
