Re: Healing is a Multifactoral Approach

A good balance of intestinal bacteria is generally considered to be around 85% good and 15% bad alright, but bad bacteria are not neccessarily anaerobic.  There are both good and bad aerobic and anearobic bacteria and most of the beneficial intestinal bacteria is actually anaerobic.

I know that pet flora is a good probiotic for animals, but still one has to wonder why it is not also marketed as "human flora" regardless of whether it is considered human grade or not.  Although I think that good quality probiotics and prebiotics can be useful in restoring a good intestinal balance, I also agree with Uny that there are plenty of natural food sources that provide beneficial bacteria.
