Re: what happened to Weston Price?
Perhaps they are not well enough to post, ha ha!
Hopefully it's people becoming more educated. For example people are buying face masks now for swine flu protection, but these masks are useless so eventually this may go out of fashion as that knowledge spreads.
From what I have read Weston Price himself was OK but the foundation have been taken over by people who have a financial interest in the meat and dairy industry. When I looked into what was best their website kept being quoted, but it was the ONLY major website I could find that supported the meat and dairy argument. Other well known people who I trust were going in the opposite direction, and T Colin Campbell and Joel Fuhrman eloquently explained why they thought that foundations opinions were wrong.
Furthermore I just pursued ONE pro meat argument in detail, to see if there was anything in it. I found the person who made the claim that meat was good actually mis-represented a Lancet article. He also gave scathing reviews on Amazon about vegetarian books. Unsurprisingly he died at age 41, from a stroke. I did post about it but can't find the link sorry.
I am always interested in the truth, so if anyone knows anything other that Weston Price that has a good pro-meat argument I'd love to see. I am not bothered either way, I just want to know what's best for me. Currently I am veggie, having been a meat eater all my life.
