It would be nice to hear some suggestions about how to take in the right kind of bacteria. I improved my intestinal health by eating cultured vegetables and drinking coconut kefir. I had improved to the point that my tongue was turning a beautiful shade of pink and I was able to eat quite a bit of fruit, and then I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Since finishing the Antibiotics four months ago I have not been able to get back to the same place I was at when I was diagnosed. I plan to continue with the cultured veggies and kefir, but any other suggestions would be welcome. Also I have so many food sensitivities that I basically can eat only vegetables and soy products, although I have done seven Liver Flushes I'm not seeing any improvement in my ability to tolerate more foods.
