Re: some basic questions
Quick answers, I'm in the middle of a liver flush :)
is there an alternative to using cayenne pepper and garlic? Yes there is an alternative to the benefits of using them both....don't take them and have no benefits :( :( :( I'm sorry, but there's nothing that rivals either of them - I'd be happy to stick to a sattvic only diet, and I really can't stand the smell of garlic, imagine the taste, but I understand something must be done to keep the bugs away. There's nothing better to 'keep the bugs away' - rarely anyone can 'stand' the taste or smell of garlic when cloves are eaten raw initially - we get used to it and 'over it' because it's vital to our health for MANY reasons. The best way I know of 'getting over it' is to research and learn the zillions of benefits that you can get from nothing else:

I respect your choice of sattvic diet - I disagree with it though. I don't believe in metabolic typing, blood type dieting or eating things that I know are harmful or unnatural because of any type of "typing". Sattvic diet includes ingesting dairy from other that human milk. No matter how long it's been done, it's actually pretty-much disgusting when you think of it. You'd be repulsed (as would the mother animal) if someone told you to put your mouth around a goat or cow teat and suck...and you'd think it was freakishly unnatural. No animal on earth suckles from an animal outside it's species - and NO animal on earth (but humans) drinks milk after they are weaned. Dairy & eggs are mucous forming (extremely) - they slow the digestion and clog the elimination channels. Even raw dairy (which most people can't get) is very difficult to digest. Pasteurized/enzymeless milk, actually robs the body of calcium (our bodies have to take from our calcium stores in order to recreate the enzyme killed by pasteurization). Dairy is a lose-lose situation, for ALL human bodies.

And sorry for the primitive question, what is a high enema? something like the colema? or is it just an enema of more than three cups of liquid? There is NEVER a need to apologize on this forum for asking ANY question. We all deserve to learn, and many aspect of healing are 'primitive' :::grin::: Here you go: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1405781#i
thanks a lot :) You're welcome a lot :) I sure hope I didn't sound too harsh about the garlic and diet thing. There's just some truths that I can't figure out a way to say 'softly' - my apologies if I offended you in any way.
edit: another thing, as the same question is not being answered to in the water forum, what distiller would you suggest one use? I have to buy one, now that I live in a city, I would possibly like it to be not so noisy, and available in europe. I'm sorry, I don't know which brands are available in Europe - everything I've read indicates Water-wise is a good brand.
And as we're talking of water, how do you suggest one integrate minerals? I'd read some time ago of people putting grains of rice inside, but I don't know for how long. Well, actually, it's HIGHLY debated whether the minerals need to be replaced or not. Dr. Christopher said that many of our circulatory blockages and MANY ailments that involve 'stones' or hardening of tissues (not to mention bone spurs, spinal stenosis, thick blood, arterial plaque, etc) are because of rock-based minerals. He said distilled water removed this build-up from our body (as did Dr. Schulze)...and that distilled water does NOT attract or harm plant-based minerals. I have no way of knowing if this is true, but I know they were the THE most successful natural healers that ever lived.
I've read many times that the amount of minerals in gallon of water is equal to one grain of rice. If you want to remineralize sufficiently, I'd say a tablespoon per gallon would be a good start. Personally, the thing that concerns me most about distilled water is its "deadness"...so if I had a distiller (I have an RO filter), I'd definitely add a handful of something "live"...like sprouts or grass (something like that)
sorry, many questions! Again, your questions are ALWAYS welcome here. The only one apologizing should be me, for not getting them answered sooner than I do. (Lucky you, I saw your post quickly :)
