If a person was to drink a lot of "high nutrient density" broth (of juiced kale and collard greens for example) each day is there a point at which more is no longer better, ie: will a lot of the nutrients at some point just be wasted?
So as another specific question, how much undiluted juiced kale/collard broth (or bok choy, swiss chard or other green leafy juiced broths) in a day would be an ideal amount, and at what point would drinking extra bring very little extra benefit?... and at what point would even more bring harm (if at all)?
In the spirit of building up nutrient stores as discussed in the water fasting forum, i am wondering how one might best go about this?
