My understanding is that the soldiers
were being required to submit all info
on their guns at home...on base, well,
at Ft. Bragg where I was, you had to
get your vehicle and you checked
thoroughly before going in and of course
a concealed weapon would not be appropriate.
This is not what the article was asserting.
Anyway, if you read the final article,
the command has been rescinded and is
now under review...
