I know that typically we do not want to dilute our foods with water, but is juice (ie: carrot juice) and exception to this rule? I have read that it is good to dilute the sweetness. What is your take on this and if you advocate diluting the juice, at what ratio would this be?
Oh one more, i am mixing these two threads, but you said the food digests in the intestines in dribs and drabs, can i assume you mean that our food squirts out of the stomach into the intestines as such, minute by minute throughout the stomach's role in the digestive process?
