I hope you can sort it out telly. My probs were pretty easy, stop eating sugar and simple carbs, eat more complex carbs and protein. I also don't eat anything with gluten, very bad for me. I did some cleanses when I first started iodine, didn't seem to make much difference, the change in diet did though. I honestly couldn't be bothered doing cleanse after cleanse, or sticking tubes up the back end with coffee, eeeewwww. I really think that some people overdo the whole cleansing process IMHO I don't think its needed. If you stop putting the crap in then you have no need to force the crap out.
