My Mums reciepe for souffle contains 6 eggs, 500gm cheese (not the low fat crap), milk, cream, butter and herbs. I eat this at least once a week, yummo. The only weight problem I have ever had is when I took artificial hormones for birth control, which caused cravings for sugar and carbs. Since stopping the bc and supplementing with the good stuff, I don't have a weight problem anymore. I've now achieved my goal of 30% lean muscle mass, yeah.
